With a career spanning 28 years in Hospitality, most recently as Regional Operations Manager for Bespoke Hotels, last year Robert joined HotelPartner Yield Management to promote the company in the UK & Ireland. As an operator, he had first hand knowledge of the challenges that our industry faced with rising costs of employment and increased levels of competition. In order to meet these challenges, throughout his career, Robert has embraced change and looked to be an early adopter of new technology that can assist hospitality providers without compromising on their customers experience.

As Chief Technology Advisor to UK Hospitality, Robert looks to work with technology providers that work in the sector as well as looking to trends outside of our industry to see whether we can learn to adapt these to better suit the needs of hoteliers.
